Logan Airport – Concrete Deck Removal & Scarification

AK Industrial Services was hired by the General Contractor to perform hydrodemolition and concrete scarification on an existing concrete depth. The goal of the hydrodemolition and scarification was to obtain a specific depth of concrete elevations.

AK was able to meet the needs of the client in an expedient and precise manner without damaging existing rebar or adjacent concrete. This process also created an ideal surface profile to which new concrete and/or membrane could adhere.
